Great Response

Congratulations to Educate Plus on an extraordinary International Conference in Auckland last week attended by over 600 delegates!

The event also doubled as the official launch of Enquiry Tracker in Australia and New Zealand–we were blown away with the energy and interest. Literally hundreds of schools expressed enthusiasm for our platform. While our booth was busy, what hit the mark with the attendees was that our software was built ground-up by people who breathe education. I have dedicated 36 years of my career to the education and not for profit sectors. We take great pride that Enquiry Tracker has beed designed by countless conversations with Admissions; Marketers; Principals and Business Managers–who have and continue to help shape our development. It’s feedback we cherish and value above everything else.

We were quite honoured by world leading data analysis expert from the USA, Geordie Mitchell Director of Enrolment Management at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School who was an international guest speaker, publicly acknowledged Enquiry Tracker during his key presentations. He even went on to say that he’d seen nothing like Enquiry Tracker in the USA, Australia or New Zealand, and that we were lucky to have such a product available to our schools. Thanks Geordie, much appreciated!

Top 3 issues

During the conference we took the opportunity to conduct a survey where we handed out cards for attendees to complete. We wanted to know the top issues they face when managing enquiries. And the results are in and tabulated for your convenience below with the top 3 issues being:

  1. Very time consuming to enter data into our student management system
  2. Difficult and time-consuming to create reports
  3. Inability to easily track future conversion rates

Of course, the good news is that Enquiry Tracker helps address the issues and more. As a result of the survey we gave away an iPhone X.

Finally, congratulations to our lucky winner of the iPhone X – Sarah Thornton from King’s Baptist Grammar School in South Australia! Sarah has donated the iPhone to her school so they can take some super pictures on excursions – what a legend.

P.S. Just got a note from Sarah that they are looking to have King’s come on board soon with Enquiry Tracker… of course we would be thrilled, if you’re interested in learning more please contact us.
